As a studio artist, Vincent prefers to have personal contact with each client. To that end he enters into a Design Dialogue with you to determine your needs and understand the nature of the space in which the vesture will be used. If possible, a site visit will be arranged. If distance prohibits this, pictures of the worship space would be helpful. Dialogue can also be continued through e-mail. Vincent has accumulated a significant collection of digital images that can be helpful to the client in the design process. You are most welcome to visit the studio to discuss fabrics and designs.
With the information received from a client, a sketch or sketches will be prepared and submitted in the form of a proposal indicating cost and providing, whenever possible, various fabric samples. There is a $50 fee for this design service. If you choose to place an order, this fee is deducted from the final cost. Once the design is approved, the signed proposal is returned along with a down payment and work begins according to the agreed upon schedule.
